In addition to articles being used as bingo prizes, the prize may also be the right to play one or more new games. The maximum value of the prizes distributed to players may not exceed 75 per cent of the total sales value for six calendar months, and neither may the value of the prizes distributed to players exceed 95 per cent during one calendar month.
The bingo licence holder must render accounts on the bingo for the financial period defined by the licensing authority. The financial period may be a maximum of six months. The accounts must be rendered to the licensing authority within one month of the termination of the financial period.
A bingo licence may allow a statement to be supplied by other than an auditor referred to in the Auditing Act (936/1994) if the bingo proceeds can be assumed to be low on account of the infrequency of the bingo sessions or for some other reason.
