Issuing an identity card to a minorOn application, an identity card can also be issued to a minor (aged less than 18), provided that his or her guardians give their consent. If necessary, the guardians' consent can be proven by using a separate guardian's consent form, which should be attached to the identity card application. When applying for an identity card for a minor, the child must always personally attend at the police department as the application is submitted. Back | Print page | |
